Science on Tap Lecture Series at the Georgia AquariumReady for a date night that stimulates your mind? Head over to the Georgia Aquarium for their adults-only science lecture series, Science on Tap, featuring Dr. Brian Stone, Director of the Urban Climate Lab at Georgia Tech.

The night begins with a reception of light hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine from 6:00 – 7:00 with the presentation beginning at 7:00, followed by a Q & A session. Come mingle, share some libations, and learn!

About the Speaker:

Brian Stone Jr., Ph.D., is a Professor in the School of City and Regional Planning at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he teaches in the area of urban environmental planning and design. Stone’s program of research is focused on climate change adaptation at the scale of cities. He is Director of the Urban Climate Lab at Georgia Tech.
