The Mardi Gras Streetcar Adventure is Atlanta’s largest Mardi Gras event, parading ticket goers around for an afternoon of adventure and exploration in Downtown Atlanta & the Old Fourth Ward using the Atlanta Streetcar route, with over 35+ participating bars & restaurants. Costumes are encouraged, and your adventure includes exclusive New Orleans themed food & drink specials, complementary drinks & shots, a live New Orleans street band, post event party, beads & more! The Atlanta Streetcar route takes you through the historical districts of Edgewood Avenue & Fairly Poplar District, the heart of Downtown Atlanta on Peachtree Street, and attractions near Centennial Olympic Park.

My experience with the Brown Daniel group and most notably my agent Aziz Izmour made 2020 turn out to be a phenomenal year. I never thought I would buy and sell a home during a global pandemic, but the option of listing the home vacant certainly made me feel the most comfortable. Addie Bartlett has been working with me since May 2021 to find a condo in the Sandy Springs area. She was very patient with me as I had not yet sold my home. Nicholas was introduced to me by my builder as someone who could help me find a lot for a new construction home.Nicholas did a fantastic job and helped us secure an awesome lot for our build.There are a few things that really set Nicholas apart:1) He really knows the geography and the technical aspects of lot selection. We were looking around Chastain and he could tell me which lots have issues with drainage because of the water flow around the hills, and which lots would cause issues with house placement, etc. He was very familiar with the building code, set backs, etc. and the implications of those for whether it would support our plan.2) He understands the market and could advise us on how to build in a way that would create value. He was able to credibly advise on house valuations in the area and channel that insight into how much to spend on the lot. He was also able to leverage this insight to advise us on how to spec out the house in a way that would optimize equity creation (I.e. what upgrades add to the valuation and which do not).3) He was very helpful in counseling me through getting to the right offer to close the deal at a valuation that made sense.4) He is super responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. He also sent my wife some flowers when our son was born which is indicative of his strong emphasis on customer relationships and class.I look forward to working with him again.
