Each ticket includes a tasting glass and unlimited samples from 80+ breweries, including local favorites like Scofflaw, Sweetwater and Monday Night. While you sample these great brews, rock out to music from live local bands and a DJ between sets.

Addie Bartlett has been working with me since May 2021 to find a condo in the Sandy Springs area. She was very patient with me as I had not yet sold my home. The first place she took me to was Madison Square in Dunwoody and I loved the complex but the only unit available was ground floor with several A/C units right off the patio which meant lots of noise. My experience with the Brown Daniel group and most notably my agent Aziz Izmour made 2020 turn out to be a phenomenal year. I never thought I would buy and sell a home during a global pandemic, but the option of listing the home vacant certainly made me feel the most comfortable. I learned quickly that Aziz strives to make his client feel comfortable first and foremost, while giving stellar advice. He quickly gained my trust and admiration for his skill and knowledge. Nicholas was introduced to me by my builder as someone who could help me find a lot for a new construction home.Nicholas did a fantastic job and helped us secure an awesome lot for our build.There are a few things that really set Nicholas apart:1) He really knows the geography and the technical aspects of lot selection. We were looking around Chastain and he could tell me which lots have issues with drainage because of the water flow around the hills, and which lots would cause issues with house placement, etc. He was very familiar with the building code, set backs, etc. and the implications of those for whether it would support our plan.2) He understands the market and could advise us on how to build in a way that would create value.
