Cap off your fun-filled March and usher in spring at the 5th annual Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival! Taking place in gorgeous Blackburn Park, the highlight of this year’s festival is the artist market, featuring 100+ regional artisans. Handmade items available for purchase include jewelry, pottery, paintings, photography, folk art and more. This event is family friendly and fun for all ages, with a Kidz Zone, live music stages, a classic car show, and of course, delicious food.

Musical headliners will include the Wallflowers, Smash Mouth and the Spin Doctors, with additional local and regional artists playing throughout the weekend.

My experience with the Brown Daniel group and most notably my agent Aziz Izmour made 2020 turn out to be a phenomenal year. I never thought I would buy and sell a home during a global pandemic, but the option of listing the home vacant certainly made me feel the most comfortable. I learned quickly that Aziz strives to make his client feel comfortable first and foremost, while giving stellar advice. He quickly gained my trust and admiration for his skill and knowledge. He is extremely adept regarding area growth/development and even construction. He’s really a jack of all trades! Nicholas was introduced to me by my builder as someone who could help me find a lot for a new construction home.Nicholas did a fantastic job and helped us secure an awesome lot for our build.There are a few things that really set Nicholas apart:1) He really knows the geography and the technical aspects of lot selection.
