Candler Park’s Fall Festival has been named one of Atlanta’s favorite festivals, and is recommended by the City of Atlanta, Scoutmob and AJC as a can’t-miss event for Fall. You’ll enjoy two full days of music, 200+ artists / vendors, a Tour of Homes, 5K & Fun Run, and some of Atlanta’s best food trucks! The festival is also home to Kidlandia, an old fashioned carnival for kids with rides, live shows and roaming entertainers.

This event is produced by the Candler Park Neighborhood Organization, a 501c4 group that gives all festival proceeds directly back to the Candler Park community.

When: Saturday, October 5th, and Sunday, October 6th
Artist market open 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Music and food from noon until late!

My experience with the Brown Daniel group and most notably my agent Aziz Izmour made 2020 turn out to be a phenomenal year. I never thought I would buy and sell a home during a global pandemic, but the option of listing the home vacant certainly made me feel the most comfortable. I learned quickly that Aziz strives to make his client feel comfortable first and foremost, while giving stellar advice. He quickly gained my trust and admiration for his skill and knowledge. We started engaging with Nicholas after a year of looking passively, and given how crazy the Atlanta market is in 2020-2021 we knew we needed an insider to the Brookhaven area to get us what we wanted. Nicholas was introduced to me by my builder as someone who could help me find a lot for a new construction home.Nicholas did a fantastic job and helped us secure an awesome lot for our build.There are a few things that really set Nicholas apart:1) He really knows the geography and the technical aspects of lot selection. We were looking around Chastain and he could tell me which lots have issues with drainage because of the water flow around the hills, and which lots would cause issues with house placement, etc. He was very familiar with the building code, set backs, etc. and the implications of those for whether it would support our plan.2) He understands the market and could advise us on how to build in a way that would create value. He was able to credibly advise on house valuations in the area and channel that insight into how much to spend on the lot. He was also able to leverage this insight to advise us on how to spec out the house in a way that would optimize equity creation (I.e. what upgrades add to the valuation and which do not).3) He was very helpful in counseling me through getting to the right offer to close the deal at a valuation that made sense.4) He is super responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. He also sent my wife some flowers when our son was born which is indicative of his strong emphasis on customer relationships and class.I look forward to working with him again.
