Operations and Marketing Associate
The OM Associate will seek to increase team sales performance through increased back of house support and management. The OM Associate enhances customer service relations by streamlining closing and vendor coordination with respect to real estate transactions. This position also drives marketing efforts including lead generation.
Specific Duties Include:
- Office Management & Tasks
- Client Relations and Coordination
- Listing Coordination, including Scheduling Showings
- Marketing, including Database Management, Lead Generation, List Compellations, Direct Mail, etc.
- Outbound Calls, Inbound Calls, Email Communications
- Closing Coordination, Marketing Plan Coordination,
- Sales Initiatives
- Monthly Newsletter Design & Distribution
The successful candidate will have a specific interest in the real estate market, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative support role. College degrees preferred. Weekly – Mon-Fri 8:30 – 5:30 pm. Occasion: Intermittent Weekends, Intermittent Evenings, Vacation Coverage (Dual)
