Come out to City Winery where Atlanta Wine Festivals will host the Atlanta Winter Wine Festival on Saturday, January 18th, with two separate sessions to curb the crowds. The festival will feature 50+ different wines, beers and ciders to sample from Atlanta, the Southeast, and beyond. Your ticket includes a souvenir acrylic wine glass, entertainment, and all of the wine, cider and beer you care to sample. Food will also be available to purchase so you can cleanse your palate as needed!

We were looking around Chastain and he could tell me which lots have issues with drainage because of the water flow around the hills, and which lots would cause issues with house placement, etc. He was very familiar with the building code, set backs, etc. and the implications of those for whether it would support our plan.2) He understands the market and could advise us on how to build in a way that would create value. He was able to credibly advise on house valuations in the area and channel that insight into how much to spend on the lot. He was also able to leverage this insight to advise us on how to spec out the house in a way that would optimize equity creation (I.e. what upgrades add to the valuation and which do not).3) He was very helpful in counseling me through getting to the right offer to close the deal at a valuation that made sense.4) He is super responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. He also sent my wife some flowers when our son was born which is indicative of his strong emphasis on customer relationships and class.I look forward to working with him again.

I never thought I would buy and sell a home during a global pandemic, but the option of listing the home vacant certainly made me feel the most comfortable.
