We just closed on our first home last week and we are only in this position because of Nicholas and the BrownDaniel team. We started engaging with Nicholas after a year of looking passively, and given how crazy the Atlanta market is in 2020-2021 we knew we needed an insider to the Brookhaven area to get us what we wanted. Nicholas was always available to answer our questions and brought us listings as soon as they went live, often before they hit Zillow or Realtor. Once we put an offer down he continued to lead us through all the phases from negotiation to inspection and closing, which was a relief being first time buyers. Addie Bartlett has been working with me since May 2021 to find a condo in the Sandy Springs area. She was very patient with me as I had not yet sold my home. The first place she took me to was Madison Square in Dunwoody and I loved the complex but the only unit available was ground floor with several A/C units right off the patio which meant lots of noise. She showed me many more properties but my mind kept going back to Madison Square. Oh, she was so patient with me! My experience with the Brown Daniel group and most notably my agent Aziz Izmour made 2020 turn out to be a phenomenal year. I never thought I would buy and sell a home during a global pandemic, but the option of listing the home vacant certainly made me feel the most comfortable. I learned quickly that Aziz strives to make his client feel comfortable first and foremost, while giving stellar advice. He quickly gained my trust and admiration for his skill and knowledge. He is extremely adept regarding area growth/development and even construction. He’s really a jack of all trades! Although the process itself was an emotional rollercoaster some days, Aziz kept it fun, exciting and kept me encouraged. I was ready to throw in the towel so many times, but Aziz navigated every speed bump and curveball for me. Looking back, this was such an emotional process but we made it through. 🙂 Aziz made me feel like a VIP client. In fact, I felt like I was his only client. 🙂 He is extremely responsive and attentive. I don’t really think he sleeps, but was always in a positive, upbeat mood and ready for whatever the day brought. In the end, we found an amazing home in West Midtown – an area that I didn’t even think was attainable but I’ve always loved. We listed my home as soon as I moved out as planned and due to Aziz’s smart pre-marketing and possibly that Moroccan charm 🙂 we had over 20 offers (3 before the listing went live) and sold for tens of thousands over the asking price. 🙂 Unbelievable! The absolute best part was that we closed on my birthday! Who does this? The perfect culmination to two amazing transactions. Aziz will find the silver lining and bring levity to any situation. I highly recommend working with him. He was the best part of the entire process!!! 🙂

Nicholas was introduced to me by my builder as someone who could help me find a lot for a new construction home.Nicholas did a fantastic job and helped us secure an awesome lot for our build.There are a few things that really set Nicholas apart:1) He really knows the geography and the technical aspects of lot selection. We were looking around Chastain and he could tell me which lots have issues with drainage because of the water flow around the hills, and which lots would cause issues with house placement, etc. He was very familiar with the building code, set backs, etc. and the implications of those for whether it would support our plan.2) He understands the market and could advise us on how to build in a way that would create value. He was able to credibly advise on house valuations in the area and channel that insight into how much to spend on the lot. He was also able to leverage this insight to advise us on how to spec out the house in a way that would optimize equity creation (I.e. what upgrades add to the valuation and which do not).3) He was very helpful in counseling me through getting to the right offer to close the deal at a valuation that made sense.4) He is super responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. He also sent my wife some flowers when our son was born which is indicative of his strong emphasis on customer relationships and class.I look forward to working with him again.
