My experience with the Brown Daniel group and most notably my agent Aziz Izmour made 2020 turn out to be a phenomenal year. I never thought I would buy and sell a home during a global pandemic, but the option of listing the home vacant certainly made me feel the most comfortable. We listed my home as soon as I moved out as planned and due to Aziz’s smart pre-marketing and possibly that Moroccan charm 🙂 we had over 20 offers (3 before the listing went live) and sold for tens of thousands over the asking price. 🙂 Unbelievable! The absolute best part was that we closed on my birthday! Who does this? The perfect culmination to two amazing transactions. Aziz will find the silver lining and bring levity to any situation. Nicholas was introduced to me by my builder as someone who could help me find a lot for a new construction home.Nicholas did a fantastic job and helped us secure an awesome lot for our build.There are a few things that really set Nicholas apart:1) He really knows the geography and the technical aspects of lot selection. We were looking around Chastain and he could tell me which lots have issues with drainage because of the water flow around the hills, and which lots would cause issues with house placement, etc. He was very familiar with the building code, set backs, etc. and the implications of those for whether it would support our plan.2) He understands the market and could advise us on how to build in a way that would create value.
